Weather conditions such as rain, wind or clouds, are not a reason for cancelling a boat trip. Cancellations due to weather are solely a decision which can be made by Boat Rental Tulum.

The weather in the Riviera Maya changes frequently, even if you look at the weather forecast and a cloudy day with wind or rain is indicated, do not worry! it might be sunny at sea!

If you decide to cancel the downpayment is non-refundable.
